When I was asked to help plan this wedding, I could hardly contain myself! I got to know Courtney while working in Chicago at the Ralph Lauren store. This girl has an eye for style and heart of gold. I knew it would be nothing less than fabulous. I honestly can’t write this blog without giving a shout out to Courtney’s mom Lucia, she was such a pleasure to work with seeing how Courtney lives in NYC.
This was a true St. Louis wedding, with a majority of guests coming in from out of town. Courtney and Hank wanted to created a very welcoming atmosphere. With the World’s Fair Pavilion as their venue, guests could enjoy an open sky view, snuggle up with a pashmina next to fire pits, wonder the Forest Park grounds, or dance under confetti to Griffin and Gargoyles until the wee hours. See this day unfold with one of my favorite photographers, Liz with L Photographie- as she captured every last detail…for more pics please check out L Photographie Blog
The Look- Warm tones, Ivory lace, feminine blush pinks and a rock solid navy for the men. Listen ladies, you spend a lot of money looking good one your day… take note- so should your man!
I LOVE Courtney’s hair- it’s all natural!!! Danielle had the perfect style for Courtney (one of my favorites of all time)
This is one of my favorite pictures of “girls just having fun!” This was taken at her house in the Historical part of the Central West End (the pool and ivy walls- who isn’t obsessing over this pic!)
This pic was snapped right before I had to step in and make some minor adjustments to the ties. Hey they looked good trying!
I LOVE how fresh and clean these guys look! Watch out GQ…

Courtney’s bouquet will take your breath away; Lily of the valley with green leaves, stephanotis, white grape hyacinth, sweet william, white lilac, and myrtle.
Getting married in April might be risky as far as weather but check out these awesome Cherry Blossom arrangements by Bloomin Buckets!
Another St. Louis staple, the Cathedral Basilica…
Encore Bakery did a fantastic job with the details on the cake- soft and beautiful!
I love it when it all comes together…
Jessica Glenn should get some award for being such an awesome Maid of Honor… she is pretty awesome.
This was right before the confetti bombs…guest were loving it!
